★☆☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ メールマガジン「世界街角通信MM」第300号 2019年4月14日 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━★★★ 皆さま、こんにちは、世界街角通信MMです。 さて、2017年11月初旬よりヨルダンのアンマンに滞在中です。 シリーズ名を世界街角通信MM版「中近東通信」とし、今号はNo.20です。 そして、2009年からはじめて通算第300号です！ 本号、巡るましく展開する中東情勢にまったく追い付いていませんが、直近のこ となどご紹介したいと思います。 ▼目次 ■King Hussain Bridge/Allenby Bridge Border Crossingヨルダン・イスラエル 国境通過メモ ■■後記 ★本文★ King Hussain Bridge/Allenby Bridge Border Crossingヨルダン・イスラエル国 境通過メモ 1. はじめに 本文書は、2019年4月2日から4月4日にアンマンからキングフセイン橋/アレン ビー橋国境を通過してエルサレムを往復旅行した際のアンマンからキングフセイ ン国境まで（51km）、国境通過（4.km＋0.8km）及びアレンビー(キングフセイ ン橋)国境からエルサレム(44km)までの状況・移動（計100.3km）について筆者が 備忘録的にまとめたものです。 移動は公共交通機関を原則としていますが、今回は同行した総人数がグループ的 な人数（7名）であったことからアンマンからキングフセイン国境及びエルサレ ムからAllenby国境間は便宜的にレンタカー（区間チャーター）での移動でした。 が、一般的な移動手段での情報も掲載している。 2. アンマン- King Hussain Border（KHB）国境 アンマンからKing Hussain Border（KHB）ターミナル まで（約51km）はJETTバ スが運行している、バス停はアブダリJETTバスターミナル、11JD（Allenby国境 までのバス代を含む）。 筆者は同僚の日本からの友人5名を含む計7名であったことからKHBターミナルま での区間レンタカー（USD100）を旅行会社へ依頼した。 JETT Bus Abdali Terminal（https://goo.gl/maps/31yDyDGGRNR2） JETTバス時刻表 Track Days Trips Schedule Adults[JD] Children[JD] Abdali - King Hussein Bridge Daily 6:30 11.00 6.60 https://www.jett.com.jo/en/schedule プライベイトタクシーだと25JD程度、黄色いタクシーはKHBへは許可されていな い。 3. King Hussain Border（KHB）, Jordanからの出国 国境は08:00-23:00（日曜日‐木曜日）、08:00‐14:00（金曜日、土曜日）の時 間にオープン、ヨルダン及びイスラエルの祝日は閉鎖。 出国審査；出国ゲートの窓口で出国カードを記入しパスポートと一緒に窓口へ提 出する。その際、シャトルバスか他の交通機関かを確認される。 出国税は、反対側の窓口で支払う、１０JD、ヨルダン入国24時間以内は出国税不 要. パスポートは預けたまま、シャトルバスに乗る。ヨルダン側出国ゲート前での停 車中にパスポートが返却される。出国スタンプは押されない。 国境地図 星印右から、１）King Hussain Border (Jordan), 2)ヨルダン川架橋兼国境King Hussain Bridge、３）Allenby Border （King Hussain Bridge Border） Corro ding (Israel) 4. King Hussain Border（KHB）から出国してAllenby Bridge Border, Israel国 境での入国 JETTバス（ヨルダン）のみKHB出国ゲートからイスラエル側のAllenby国境ターミ ナルまで（ヨルダン側国境ターミナルからヨルダン川架橋まで4.3ｋｍ、Allenby 国境管理施設まで0.8ｋｍ）運航している。料金７JD、荷物1.5JD/個。 JETTバスの出発時間は乗客が満たされたら出発するようである。 ヨルダン川架橋手前にヨルダン側ゲートがあり、預けたパスポートを係員より受 け取り、出国カードを係員へ渡す。 ヨルダン川国境架橋（日本政府の無償資金協力事業で2001年3月に架け替え）を 渡り、イスラエル側へ移動、Allenby国境ターミナル手前にチェックポイントが あり、時間調整を行っている。 イスラエル側チェックポイントの先にAllenby国境ターミナルがあり、バスが ターミナル前に停車する。降車してターミナルへ入るとパスポートのチェック （入国審査ではない）があり、パスポートの裏側に日付のシールが貼られ、荷物 のチェック、そして入国審査となる。 外交・公用旅券は入国審査の前に専用の窓口がある。 入国審査では、名刺大の滞在カードが発行され、スタンプは押されない。 イスラエル側ターミナル名称はAllenby Border Terminalであったが、"King Hus sein Bridge Terminal"へ公式に変更 されている。しかし、ヨルダン側も同じ名 称なのでイスラエル側はAllenbyの名称が一般的に使われている。 Allenby Border Terminal（King Hussein Bridge Terminal）-イスラエル空港公 団 http://www.iaa.gov.il/en-US/borders/alenbi/Pages/default.aspx Passenger terminal opening hours:（イスラエル空港公団） The terminal operates 7 days a week throughout the year, with the except ion of Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) and the first day of the Feast of t he Sacrifice (Eid al-Adha). Change in operating hours during the Holidays in Israel (the hours are p ublished separately) Sunday through Thursday: 08:00 - 24:00 The entry of tourist groups to Israel on Sunday through Thursday is poss ible until 21:00. Allenby国境からJerusalemへ/JerusalemからAllenby国境までの移動 シェルートSherut若しくはセルビス（公共乗合タクシー、10人乗り）が運航して いる、概ね30分毎に運航。客が埋まれば出発することもある。Damascus門からAl lenby国境まで約44km。 出口を出て右方向へ行くと、シェルート乗り場があり、その手前にチケット売り 場がある 車輌にはTaxi Al Nijmeh Jerusalem-Allenby Bridge 02-627-7466/7544とプリン トされている。 エリコやラマッラへのバスは別のチケット売り場がエルサレム行きチケット売り 場の前にある。 料金はエルサレムまで42NIS、エルサレムの降車場はダマスカス門前（正確にはH erod門とDamascus門の中間地点のSultan Suleiman Str.）のアラブバスターミナ ル東隣、アラブバスターミナルの中ではない。入口が解りにくく、靴屋の横の路 地を中へ入っていった突き当りにチケット売り場がある。（https://goo.gl/map s/HryvCLZbi6J2） エルサレムからAllenby 国境への最終シェルートは13：00。国境が閉まっている 日は運航されない。 6. Allenby橋国境から出国、KHBでの入国 アレンビー国境ターミナル手前にチェックポイントがある。国境が混んでいると ここで待たされる。 Allenby国境ターミナルで降車し、出国ゲートへ、荷物は別のゲートへ、係員が いるのでカートに積む。 イスラエルの出国税を納める、１７７NIC 、USDだとUSD54、カード状の納入証書 を渡される。 その後、その出国税納入証書の確認があり、その次に出国審査となる。その際、 出国証明が発行される。手続きは非常にスムーズに進んだ。 ターミナルの前に並んでいる国境間のシャトルバス（JETTバス運営）を探して乗 り込む、が、概ね満席にならないと出発しない。復路の料金は2.5JODでした。 ヨルダン川を渡り、ヨルダン側国境ゲートでパスポートとバス料金を支払う。パ スポートはKHBターミナルの到着カウンターで受け取る。ヨルダンの場合、パス ポートを提出してから受け取るまでに場所も異なるし時間も要するなど、わかり にくい。このような国境は筆者の経験上、稀である。 ヨルダン側KHBターミナルでは、出国ゲートと到着ゲートは建物が異なる、向か い合ってはいるが、これも非常に解り難い。 7. KHBからアンマンへの移動 公共のミニバス若しくはセルビスがアンマンのAbdali Bus Terminalまで運行し ている。（筆者未乗車） 若しくは、タクシー、交渉次第であるが、アンマンまで約25JOD。 アンマン空港（Queen Alia International Airport）がKHBから来ると手前にあ るため、直接空港へ移動もできる、距離的には市内までと大差ない。 8. 参考情報 Office of King Hussain I Helpful facts, getting to Jordan http://www.kinghussein.gov.jo/facts2.html Crossing to/from Israel and the PNA Territories There is one direct crossing point between Jordan and the Israeli-occupi ed West Bank: the King Hussein Bridge (also known as the Allenby Bridge). Since Jordan and Israel signed a peace treaty in October, 1994, two new border crossings have been opened between the two countries. The Sheikh Hussein Bridge is at the north of the Jordan Valley, and the Wadi 'Arab a crossing is in the south near Aqaba and Eilat. Each of these entry poi nts are open from 08:00 until 23:00 from Sunday through Thursday, and ti ll 14:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. They are closed on most Jordanian and Israeli holidays. Leaving from Amman to al-Quds (Jerusalem) through the King Hussein Bridg e, you can either take a JETT bus (tel. 5664-146), which leaves at 06:30 daily, or a servees or minibus from the Abdali bus station. Once at the terminal, you will be checked out and board another JETT bus, which is the only form of public transport allowed to shuttle across the bridge. Once across the bridge there is an Israeli passport check before you arr ive at the immigration terminal on the West Bank. There your luggage and person may be searched, and you will receive an e ntry stamp. Although this stamp does not present a problem when entering Jordan or Egypt, if you wish to visit Syria, Lebanon or any Arab countr y which has not signed a peace treaty with Israel, you should explicitly ask to get your Israeli entry and exit stamps on separate pieces of pap er, not in your passport. Likewise, you should ask the Jordanian authori ties to stamp your exit and entry from any crossing point connecting Jor dan with the occupied West Bank or Israel on a separate sheet of paper a s well. After being checked in by the Israeli guards, you can catch a share taxi to Jericho, Jerusalem or other places on the West Bank. Buses are also available for a lower price. Coming from East Jerusalem to Jordan, you can catch a taxi just opposite the Damascus Gate for the King Hussein Bridge. The trip takes 40 minute s to the bridge checkpoint on the Israeli-occupied side. After paying an exit tax and being checked out, you will board the JETT bus to shuttle you across the bridge to the terminal on the Jordanian side. After you a re checked into Jordan, board a servees or the cheaper public minibus th at will both drive you straight to the Abdali bus station in Amman. Jordanians and foreign visitors are allowed to drive their cars into Isr ael and the West Bank provided that they hold a driver's license and a c ar license translated into English, automobile insurance (which can be i ssued at the borders) and an entry visa to Israel if necessary. Bus tran sport is also available between Amman and Tel Aviv, between Irbid and Ha ifa, and between Aqaba and Eilat. The crossing point is open Sunday-Thursday 07:30-24:00, Friday 07: 30-15:00, and Saturday 07:30-15:00. Border control services are provided during the hours of the crossing point's activity.
